Help Comes in All Shapes and Sizes

We strive to help ease the fears and frustrations of these children and their families who face a spectrum of challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis.

Nothing Like a Smile
Life does not necessarily come to a stop during cancer treatment. Candlelighters gives young cancer patients a variety of reasons to smile --like holiday parties, special outings, weekly pizza nights at the hospital and more.

Heart to Heart
When a child battles cancer, families need to know they are not alone. Candlelighters families have experienced childhood cancer firsthand and are accessible to newly diagnosed families for support, direction, encouragement, and sometimes a shoulder to cry on.
